I am not getting a job sir!
I have 1.5 years of experience but no studio is hiring me

Recently someone sent me a message on linkedin

The only thing I had to ask was the quality of work he can produce

And he shared the test shot which he did some time ago

I could find 100s of mistakes because of which the shot would not be approved for a job

Now it looks decent from outer view but when its decoded frame by frame, a lot of things need to be corrected
