1. Raw material preparation: PE, PP and other plastic particles are selected as raw materials.

2. Film blowing/casting: Heat and melt the plastic particles and make a film through a film blowing machine or a cast film machine.

3. Printing: Use a printing machine to print patterns or text on the surface of the film.

4. Composite (optional): Composite multiple layers of materials to improve the performance of packaging bags.

5. Ripening: The composite materials are subjected to aging treatment to enhance adhesion.

6. Slitting: Cut large rolls of materials into small rolls according to the required width.

7. Bag making: The materials are sealed at the edges and bottoms by a bag making machine to make bags of specific shapes.

8. Quality inspection and packaging: Check the appearance and size, and pack and store them after passing the inspection.
