After doing some research on the mindset of a successful shift, I decided to make this guided meditation in order to focus on releasing resistance, letting go, and setting a strong intention BEFORE trying to shift. This is not a meditation designed to be used while you are trying to shift, but rather before hand to aid you in your shifting attempt.
