Size: between 1-2 feet (30.5-61cm) on average; up to 30 pounds (13.6kg) in weight
Diet: crustaceans, insects, other fish
Threats: herons, bears, other fish
Lifespan: 5 years on average (though non-anadromous species may live decades)
