The A-Class catamaran is one of the fastest and most technically advanced single-handed sailing boats ever built. First founded in 1956 as a development class, the A-Class has been at the cutting edge of catamaran design for decades.

Many of the innovations now seen across modern catamarans started in the A-Class, including carbon masts, square-top mainsails, curved daggerboards, hydrofoils, and decksweeper sails. Today the class is split into Classic (non-foiling) and Open (foiling) divisions, both delivering extreme performance.

Lightweight, highly responsive, and incredibly fast, the A-Class is designed for experienced sailors who want pure single-handed speed and technical sailing.
