Makalu rural municipality is located in #Sankhuwasabha#, Provience no.1 named after the world 5th and nepal,s 4th highest mountain Mt.Makalu.Makalu rural consists of six wards among them ward no.5 (NUM) is also one. Num bazzar is the center of this rural municipalitiy . As Nepal is reach in Natural resources this ward have also many beautiful places to visit which can promote tourism.Capacity of 900MW Arun third hydro power project is also rapidly on under consstruction in this ward .
