Feeding plants in spring

Описание к видео Feeding plants in spring

Spring is the perfect time to give your plants the nutrition they need to thrive. In this video, David Hurrion from BBC Gardeners' World Magazine explains the best ways to feed your plants in the spring. He starts by discussing the importance of super phosphate, an organic fertiliser such as blood, fish and bone, and Growmore. He then moves on to Vitax q4, a pelleted fertiliser with lower levels of nitrogen, and Osmocote granules, which are activated by temperature and moisture in the soil. Finally, he recommends rose tonic, a feed for roses and other shrubs. Watch the video to learn more about spring feeding and get your garden ready for the season ahead.
