Jennifer Kavanagh, Senior Fellow at Defense Priorities and Director of Military Analysis, discusses an Israeli airstrike in the suburbs of Beirut that targeted a Hezbollah commander potentially behind the attack in Golan Heights that killed 12 children and teenagers.
