How to Reinstall KTM Forks

You've got your brand new suspension back from Moto Lab but need some help with re-installing the forks - no problem! Check out this video and watch as Rob puts the forks back on this KTM.

We found that installing your forks to the first machined groove (NOT the top of the fork tube!) produces the most stable and compliant ride.
(For reference, they come installed at the 2nd machine groove.)

Make sure that you lube the triple clamp bolts with anti seize or grease and install them following the recommended install procedure, following your manual, and torque to spec, using a torque wrench.
