These are still mostly made in the USA with imported components but the disappointment is they charge a lot for this and have not done anything to modernize it except to throw in a weak led light. the focus hardly works because they are still using the same lens from when they used filament bulbs so the LED does not sit in the proper place for the focus to work. and it still rolls away from you because they have done nothing to change the design of the body.
