Bapco Energies is an integrated oil company operating in the field of refining and marketing with 95% of its products for export. Three years ago two big subsidiaries, Bapco and Tatweer, were both using Oracle Fusion and E-Business Suite (EBS). Individual subsidiaries had their own ERP systems and there was no consolidation of data, so they wanted to streamline HR, finance and procurement so the entire company operates from the same data. Through the collaboration of Oracle Consulting and KPMG, Bapco Energies moved from a siloed EBS system to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
