A novel Layer-2 solution called Scroll (SCR) seeks to address Ethereum's issues while opening up new features like stricter privacy. The members of Scroll's team have backgrounds in computer systems, hardware, blockchain, and cryptography and come from some of the most prestigious universities in the world. Our goal is to work together to find a more effective solution that makes use of zk-Rollup in order to resolve this issue. We suggest a new Layer 2 mining mechanism, a new interaction model for DApps, and a new hierarchical zero-knowledge proof system architecture.
