Gina is a Product Designer at GitLab, specifically working on improving the experience of the Testing and Runner areas of the development experience. She is also the Co-Owner and User Experience Designer at SVG Consulting Group, a design and IT consulting firm, where she works with companies to improve overall product user experience. As a Tufts Women's Basketball alumna, her favorite memory was winning the NESCAC championship in 2014.

Isha Patnaik, Senior Researcher, The New York Times

Since graduating, Isha has worked in media, e-commerce, and robotics. Currently, she works as a Senior Researcher at The New York Times with a focus on live and breaking news, community, and an international audience. Her favorite memory from Tufts was putting on the first ever TFL Comedy show— “there’s nothing quite like ending a show with a big musical number with some of your best friends.”

Emma M. Levitt, Senior Human Factors Engineer, Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices
B.S., Mechanical Engineering and Human Factors Engineering, Tufts University, Class of 2015

In her current role as a Senior Human Factors Engineer, Emma informs the design of new products in digital surgery, biosurgery and wound-closure to improve usability and ultimately, patient safety. In her previous role, Emma spent 5 years as a human factors consultant at Design Science where she conducted rigorous usability research while learning what it takes to get products to market in a highly regulated industry. She is accredited by the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics (BCPE), the CITI program, and is affiliated with the Human Factors & Ergonomics Society (HFES). Among her many fond memories from Tufts, she particularly reminisces about SWE conference, concert choir tours to Ireland and Nashville, and countless meals in the dining halls.
