Boost Spectre When all Scientist hit Boss
And keep doing it if Available

TEAMWORK

Player 1: (Discount Dog, Soda Pop/Branch, Scientist, Quinn and EL GOBLINO)
Player 2: (Balloon Pal, Soda Pop/Branch, Scientist, Quinn and Spectre)

Note: Branch is much better than Soda Pop
place all heroes within reach of 1 max balloon pal and a 1 max spectre as much as possible,

(Position All Level 1 Only)
Position 5 Scientist
Position El Goblino
Position Discount Dog
Position Spectre
Position Balloon Pal
Position Soda Pop/Branch
Position Quinn

Max Discount Dog
Max One Scientist
Max Balloon Pal
Max El Goblino (see video) the one closest to the heroes
Max All Soda Pop (Max one before placing another)
Max All Scientist (if you see A horde of Big Alien Grunt, max Spectre first)
Max Quinn
Max Spectre
And place all your hero

Boss Wave
Boost Spectre when Scientist Hit Boss (and keep boosting if available)
Wait for Boss to be trapped by El Goblino, if BOSS move, Do crucifix ability of El Goblino
(Don't Do Crucifix while BOSS is stunned)

Boss Wave (once you've boosted spectre, you always need to boost and spectre if it's ready again)

Boost Spectre when the first El Goblino Trap the BOSS, then wait for BOSS to move before you do EL GOBLINO CRUCIFIX ABILITY
Do GOBLINO CRUCIFIX ABILITY again at last El Goblino
