Make it rain! in Saints Row IV - MOD -

Saints Row IV was build on the foundation of the third entry in the series - borrowing the open wold map and locations, and applying a sci-fi touch to the experience. During the transition, the weather effects found in Saints Row 3 were removed from the game - outside from small sections during a mini-boss battles. Make it rain! Is a community mod that re-enables the #rain effects during the open world roam - giving the game quite a unique atmosphere combined with the tech-neon lights and beams found around the city.
