2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1/2oz (15ml) Lime Juice
1/2oz (15ml) Lemon Juice
1/2oz (15ml) Cinnamon Syrup
3/4oz (22ml) Pineapple Juice
3/4oz (22ml) Brandy
2oz (60ml) Red Wine Medium Bodied
Splash of Coke
Mint Spring and Lime Wheel Garnish

Piña No Se
1oz (30ml) Simple Syrup
1 1/2oz (45ml) Lime Juice
2 Handfuls Frozen Pineapple
1oz (30ml) Green Chartreuse
4oz (120ml) Tequila Blanco
2 Cups Pebble Ice
Pineapple Frond or Lime Wheel Garnish

1 Tsp Rich Simple Syrup (2:1)
1 1/2oz (45ml) Amaretto
3/4oz (22ml) Jamaica Rum Overproof
1/4oz (7.5ml) Aperol
1 Egg White
Amaretti Cookie Garnish
