In 2011, Bellingham Marine teamed with private developer, Addenbrooke, to rebuild Rose Bay and Point Piper Marinas near Sydney, Australia. A contemporary design and a long list of modern amenities make Rose Bay one of the world's most luxurious marina facilities.

The two marinas were designed and built by international marina builder, Bellingham Marine. Piper Point Marina berth sizes range from 10 to 30 meters and Rose Bay berths are from 15 to 30 meters.

The marina’s concrete pontoons have a “raven colored” additive that creates a charcoal appearance. The marina includes black fendering and pilings with black sleeves topped with black pile caps with a white horizontal accent stripes. To keep an unobstructed view, some of the pilings are telescoping and remain hidden beneath the deck at all times.
