🔸 Khi đi khám sức khỏe Work permit, khách hàng đem theo CMND/PASSPORT, 2 tấm hình 4*6 (nền trắng) để làm hồ sơ khám. Không ăn và không uống coffee, sữa ít nhất 6-7giờ trước khi khám, tạm ngưng sử dụng các loại thuốc (ngoại trừ thuốc huyết áp) để lấy máu cho các xét nghiệm.
🔸 Vào phòng khám CarePlus, quý khách sẽ được lấy mẫu máu cho xét các xét nghiệm bao gồm: Công thức máu, Đường máu, Chức năng thận (Creatinine, Urea), Men gan (AST, ALT, GGT), Viêm gan siêu vi B - kháng nguyên (HBsAg), Viêm gan siêu vi B - kháng thể (Anti-Hbsab) và lấy mẫu nước tiểu, thực hiện đo chiều cao, cân nặng cũng như đo huyết áp. Tiếp đến, các bác sĩ chuyên khoa sẽ kiểm tra sức khỏe răng miệng, thị lực và tai mũi họng. Sau đó, CarePlus sẽ thực hiện đo điện tâm đồ ECG
🔸 Kết thúc buổi khám sức khỏe, bác sĩ sẽ cùng khách hàng phân tích kết quả của các xét nghiệm và tư vấn chuyên sâu về tình trạng sức khỏe của cá nhân. CarePlus sẽ cấp giấy chứng nhận kiểm tra sức khỏe cho khách hàng và hồ sơ khám bệnh sẽ được gửi đến địa chỉ đăng ký trước đó.

🔸 Before the examination, remember to bring along your Identity Card/Passport, two 4x6 photos with a white background for registration and verification purposes. To prepare for the blood test, you have to fast from food and drinks at least 6-7 hours before, and do not take any medicines like diabetes medicines, insulin, etc except high blood pressure medicine.
🔸 First, we will take blood sample for Complete Blood Count, Blood Glucose Test, Kidney Function (Creatinine, Urea), Liver Function (Ast, Alt, Ggt), Hepatitis B (HBsAg), Hepatitis B (Anti-Hbsab) and urine samples. The customers are also taken body measurements including blood pressure measurement, height and weight measurement. Next, our specialists will perform dental, eye, ear, nose and throat examinations. Then, CarePlus will perform tests including an ECG, chest X-ray and abdominal ultrasound to evaluate your heart rhythm, chest and abdominal organs . The abdominal ultrasound is not necessary for the Work Permit, but CarePlus provides the extra service so you can have a detailed understanding of your health.
🔸 The health check ends with a medical doctor reviewing the results of the tests and examinations with you. CarePlus will issue your health check certificate and the Medical report will be sent to your registered address.
