Schedula AI - (1:59): An academic advising planning platform she's been developing since college, currently in the redesign phase.

Ewell Shop (2:26): A platform for vendors to sell construction hardware items.

Shantal aims to complete two of these projects by the end of the year, acknowledging her perfectionism can sometimes hinder progress (2:46). She emphasizes "progress over perfection" as her motto for 2026, a personal promise made on January 17th, a day before her 29th birthday (5:06).

She also introduces her daughter, Emma, who will be joining her on this journey (4:26).
