Rwanda’s government denies involvement, but reports from the UN and human rights organizations suggest otherwise: these organizations allege Rwanda's military actively backs M23, a rebel group accused of heinous war crimes. The implications are staggering: millions displaced, women and children bearing the brunt of unimaginable violence, and Congo’s resources looted to fuel this conflict.
