Past Times Pinball History Ep 13: Darts

Darts is the first of ten games with cabinets featuring the "Styling of the 60's." The new cabinet design made with anodized aluminum trim and tapered tubular chromium steel legs offered a unique look as they transitioned away from woodrail production. A shelf with cigarette holder allowed for placement of drinks and increased the length by six inches. While it was advertised as "Years ahead with Darts...," this style lasted less than one year on the production line before Williams went back to a more traditional style.
