Kling AI UPDATE - No More Free Users and Free Accounts

BREAKING NEWS: as of November 1, 2024, Kling AI is no longer available for Free Users. Image to Video generation on average was taking 2 to 3 days to complete, often ending in failure. That doesn't matter anymore because free users cannot submit anymore requests or generations. Kling AI has said due to its heavy demand, they are temporarily making it unavailable for free user accounts. You have to become a paid member in order to use image to video generations.

When they says "temporarily unavailable" this means forever. How do I know this? Because Runway ML did the exact same thing. Runway ML Gen 3 Alpha says you can try it out or try a demo but when you upload an image and type in a prompt then hit generate, it says due to heavy use it's temporarily unavailable but that was months ago and it's still unavailable today. So Kling will be no different. I guess they are doing so well with paid members that they don't need to provide free service anymore as it just wastes their system resources and clogs up their network slowing everyone down.

It may be time to look for alternative apps. One I can recommend is called Vidu at vidu.studio. They are not as good as Kling but at least it's free for now and you can create as many free accounts as you want to get credits to use.
