after being pleasantly surprised that i had the second most damage of all crackling lance inquisitors on the poe.ninja ladder with 1.2M DPS?! somehow?!? i figured i'd do a full guide with a cool thumbnail. the average arc fan will say their build is better but FPS quickscope gamers know that the crackling lance enjoyers are getting the better deal, or at least having M O R E F U N.

THINGS I FORGOT TO MENTION:

for heist specifically, the lance is incredible. shoots perfectly through the doorways and corridors. god bless anyone playing melee this league.

if you're not sold on OoS i beg you to reconsider. for a build that scales so much cast speed you're missing out on so much utility and damage, and i don't think CL or OoS is strong enough to be a build on their own. they cover each other's weaknesses really nicely and each cast procs the orb which is tons more damage.

the 'offscreening' properties are somewhat limited, you can tickle stuff on the edges of the screen and hopefully proc temp chains and chill on anything that survives, but it's not super consistent.
