In this video I am going to show you how to properly install a double din radio in a WS6 Trans Am Firebird. This process is similar in a 98-02 Camaro as well but requires a different trim panel. It is a pretty easy install with the right parts. I am picky about installation of radios. I solder all the connections and tape up nicely. Another thing I want to make sure of is that we don't lose any features. I wanted to keep the factory steering wheel controls the firebird has. In order to keep the steering wheel controls it does require an extra harness which I show you how to hook up. Keeping the steering wheel controls are a must when I install a radio. I will say that the double din radio fits nice in the factory din and a half location. If you have a firebrid, trans am or camaro this is a must watch how to on installing a double din radio. I tried to show all the things needed to make the installation easy. Of course this adds the ability to have bluetooth in an older car. Hit the Comments and let me know what you think.......
