EDIT: around 1.21.4 player mine cart height changed. possible fix is replace trapdoors with upper slabs and change player aim to something like 86.5 -27.0.

We made an efficient nether wart farm using new 1.14 changes. It's very efficient and uses fortune 3 and only harvesting the full grown ones.
