The walls are still white, but the space feels completely different — cleaner, calmer, easier to care for, and finally working the way a sewing studio should.

If you sew, you’ll know how much lint and dust builds up in a creative space. Better paint, smoother surfaces, and a proper tidy make a huge difference to how welcoming and usable a sewing room feels. And the doors? Painted a deep, sumptuous plum — absolute joy every time I open them.

This video is part of a bigger reset. I’m stepping back from weekly sewing socials and focusing instead on private lessons, workshops, retreats, long-arm quilting, and creating a gentler way for people to stay connected to patchwork and quilting.
