Episode 6: The University of British Columbia in Canada - A Top Public University in North America

In this week’s episode, President Way Kuo of City University of Hong Kong will visit the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Canada. Founded in 1908, the university is the oldest university in British Columbia. It has developed into one of the world’s top public universities. With outstanding academic and research achievements, UBC has produced eight Nobel Prize laureates and 273 fellows of the Royal Society of Canada. Moreover, three Canadian prime ministers have been educated at UBC.
