Firstly, let me just state that this is an opinion piece, and by such, can be countered, argued against or agreed with! Please treat it as such :)

We were in Watoga, wandering around looking for BoS plans and the building opposite struck me as rather illuminated. I headed over to it and it's called 'Watoga Real Estate' and that's when it dawned on me.

"We could get apartments like in GTA, ESO, or even Fallout 4!"

For those people that remember the Creation Club items in Fallout 4, we were given an instanced apartments (Noir Penthouse / Charlestown Condo / Neon Flats etc.)

Along with the success that the Developer feels they are receiving from Instancing, could very much be on the horizon (not for Wastelanders, but for future content in a future DLC). I'd welcome it, I know there are private servers at the moment that are useful for socialising etc, but this could be another way to monetise the game, and would be useful for social environments in Public Servers.
