A major fire broke out at a chemical factory in the Khushkhera industrial area of Bhiwadi, resulting in the tragic death of seven workers.

According to reports, the blaze spread rapidly due to the presence of large quantities of chemicals stored inside the factory. Rescue teams have recovered seven bodies so far.

The exact cause of the fire is yet to be determined. However, strong explosion-like sounds from inside the premises have raised suspicions of gas cylinder blasts. Fire brigade teams are currently deployed at the spot, working to bring the situation under control.

Authorities fear that more workers may still be trapped inside the factory. The unit had reportedly been shut for nearly two months, but a few workers were present at the time of the incident.

With several workers still unaccounted for, the death toll is feared to rise.

Further investigation is underway.
