When I thought I would be settling for a C40LFR on the Rapid 6, my friends and I spotted 7089 on the 4 at Sepulveda & Slauson, which I rode last year on the 6. And to think I would miss out on what may be the only C40LF remaining at Culver CityBus, since most of them have been replaced by the XN40s. What I especially like about Culver City's C40LFs is that they have MAN axles, which sounds a bit more awesome when compared to Metro's C40LFs with ArvinMeritor axles. Nonetheless, they are awesome all around, even if they've been repowered from their original engines (Series 50G).
