Keep your toy soldiers warm and sculpt them some fur! I believe fur is definitely the easiest thing to start with in terms of green stuff sculpting. In this video I'm sculpting my Warhammer 40,000 Space Wolf Deathwatch Terminator Captain a fur pelt on his pauldron and showing how to sculpt fur easily.
