Learn how to connect your Garmin account with Strava.
You can link your Garmin account with Strava to enable it to track your fitness program. The data recorded on your Garmin connect application will be linked to the Strava application.

Make sure you have Strava installed on your phone
Launch Garmin Connect
Tap on More at the bottom right of the screen
Scroll down and tap on Settings
On settings, scroll and tap on Connected Apps
Scroll through the available list of apps that are there and tap on Strava
Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully link it with your Sta=rava account
