1. It’s not essential to do the expanded energy practice I mentioned after you activate the Trance State—you can go straight into any manifestation practice you prefer (law of assumption, visualisation, affirmations, etc.).


So, why did I recommend the expanded practice in the video? Here's the 3 main reasons:


a. When I was creating this video, I envisioned that even if only 100 people watch it, those 100 people would positively impact the universe that day. If each of them energetically or physically impacts just 2 others, that’s an additional 200 people affected. Then, those 200 can impact 400 more, those 400 can impact another 800 and so on. The ripple effect grows exponentially, as each person impacts many more lives. So as you can see, in this heightened state we can bring a lot of beautiful energy into this world very quickly.
