Ingredients for the meat
1pound (16 )onzas ground beef
Adobo to taste
garlic powder
onion powder
black pepper to your taste
2 tablespoon of sofrito
1 envelope salon con culantro y achiote
1/2 can tomato sauce or 4 onzas
1/2 cup water

1 bag of ritz cracker
oil for frying
salt and pepper for the yuca
