It’s time once again to delve into the archives for #ThrowbackThursday. This time we are taking a look at the 1984 NHRA Gatornationals. The event was covered by Diamond P Sports with Dave McClelland and Steve Evans doing the play by play. It features some spectacular footage along with some historic runs in the final rounds of both Top Fuel and Funny Car, and any race with Don Garlits and Shirley Muldowney competing in is certainly one you don’t want to miss.
