New Listing Input Options: Co-Brokered Listings and Aligned Showings

(4:22) We’ve recently released two new features that help brokers and agents streamline the listing input processes.

To help avoid the tedious process of entering co-brokerage listing, agents can now complete that activity without the additional assistance of the MLSListings staff. As long as the co-broker is also a participating broker with MLSListings, the listings agent can simply select the appropriate office from an easy drop-down menu.

We’ve also simplified the access to the Aligned Showing subscriber benefit within the listing Management application to help agents activate the showing scheduling tool.
