You can do 64 points into magicka or health also, or a mix of both stats, like 20k stam, 20k mag and the rest into hp for example. if you do 64 magicka you can use a magicka spammable like hungry scythe or any mag dps skill really.
Use vamp claw or rapid strikes for 1v1's and battlegrounds. Put a prismatic regen glyph on a piece of jewelry for those fights as well.
Other front bar sets you can use: Venomous Smite, Night Mother's Gaze. Order's Wrath or any other set with at least two lines of critical chance.
If you believe you are too slow with SSC you can swap the minor berserk on the scribe skills to minor expedition or run some swift jewelry/celerity cp.
If you feel too squishy you can also use protective jewelry and change the crit damage cp's to duelist rebuff and resililence.
If too many people in your group have on Rallying cry you can also use Mara's Balm, Wyrd Tree, Hist Sap or any other back bar defense set. Also for groups you can use colossus to buff your groups damage, instead of thrive in chao.
