How to split conversation thread in Gmail.

Why split conversation threads? Google automatically merges emails into threads by subject. If you receive emails with the same subject from more customers, the emails from different clients can happen to be mixed in one thread. When you need to forward a message within the company, or reply to a message, always use the Edit the subject tool to make sure you do not include the communication history with another customer.
