Dahi Chana Chaat is a delightful and flavorful dish commonly enjoyed during the holy month of Ramadan. It’s a popular Iftar (breaking of fast) snack in Pakistan and other South Asian countries. Let me share some details about this delicious treat:

For the Crispy Topping:
Roll sheet
Heat up oil on medium flame

For the Spicy Chickpea:
Oil : 1 tbsp
Thymol seeds : 1/2 tsp
Cumin : 1/2 tsp
Tamarind pulp : 1/2 cup
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder : 1/2 tsp
Black salt : 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder : 1/4 tsp
Sugar : 1 tbsp
Boiled chickpea : 250 gram
Cover it and cook it on low flame for 2 minutes
Chaat masala : 1/2 tsp

Assembling / Finalizing :
Onion : sliced
Tomato chunks
Mint chopped
Coriander chopped
Boiled potato chunks
Green chili 2 to 3 chopped
Yogurt
Chaat masala
papdi
