hello dear friends,
how is it july already?
with it started my internal medicine rotation, surely the most stressful one of our intern year. i think the most important steps for me have been finding joy in bits and bobs of my daily routines, despite the chaotic nature of nearly every single one of my days this year. grabbing calm cozy moments whenever i can. these simple routines have been literally how i hold on to dear life and lately i've been feeling better despite the workload increasing! good news!! i think the summer air has also been so healing!! waking up to clear skies and a beautiful summer breeze in this part of the world has truly been changing my brain chemistry :DD
