This is the Nabralift prototype that Nabrawind Technologies installed in august of 2018 in Eslava, near Pamplona (Spain).

The tower’s height is 160 meters. At the time of the installation, it was the tallest steel wind tower of the world. Current designs for 2020 commercial installation will reach the 200 meters.

About Nabralift:

Nabrawind Self Erecting Tower (Nabralift) is a new wind turbine tower technology that breaks all the barriers that are restraining the growth of the wind turbines hub height. Nabralift consists on a three-columns structure installed under the uppermost part of a WTG tubular tower and integrates a Self-Erection System (SES) that allows the installation of a full WTG (tower, nacelle, rotor) without using large-size cranes regardless of the final hub-height

Nabralift is a very stiff tower that do not require relevant modifications in the existing WTG design
