WARING REF TANKCHAIR FAULTS. PLEASE ALSO READ ALL OF THIS COMMENT (please click see more). known now to be a faulty module and motors which will affect any tankchair made before 2014 and even the new modules will still go into foldback after about 6 miles of use according to brad soden himself. this is not what was paid for as it was advertised to run for days and designed not to break down. please read on.

we now have no contact with the company and the Arizona attorney general's office has told us that tankchair are ignoring them too. this tankchair was a gift from a friend who died in 2011, shortly after trying to help us with mobility outdoors as we couldn't even afford a standard powered wheelchair.
as it stands tankchair are refusing to refund us after a few requests, they are asking us to pay twice for a good tankchair to be delivered which we cannot afford (and brad and liz soden knew this). they are refusing to upgrade the tankchair as promised and brad soden has told us this fault has effected every tankchair they made before 2014.
brad has told us that liz was sacked from the company, then after communication started again with Liz soden straight after the so called blackmail accusation, after a few weeks off communication with liz soden, she has yet again told us that she has been sacked again from the company she owns.
we have been lied to for years and all proofs will be shown to the public. we cannot afford to pay for a tankchair ourselves, so as it stands we don't have any money to help jim, let alone pay thousands of us dollars for it's return in a working order, which will still not be as advertised.
as jim is autistic (he has Asperger's syndrome) jim starr don't have the social skills needed to sort this out. his wife emma starr also has M.E. and cannot cope with all the stress this has caused. jim has lost it for good as it stands as tankchair are refusing to repair or send it back to us without us paying for it again. we have the proof that brad soden said that they would cover shipment and sort this problem out for us. he's gone back on his word and this man cannot be trusted as all our proof will show, including statement from government officials and even the makers of the parts involved.
we cannot afford to pay again as they know we're are unable to get any credit and they are building their business up on ripping us off and they know jim starr is a vulnerable person.
brad soden has since told us that this fault almost put them into bankruptcy, we believe this is why he is going back on his words and accusing me of blackmail, as jim asked his permission to show his wife some footage she requested that he slates her off over her disability. jim has never blackmailed soden over her disabilities. we have all proofs needed if the press would like to take up this story.
we see the tankchairs on TV advertising they are designed not to break down and this hurts us a lot, as this was a lie they told us too. as it stands brad soden took over 3.5 years to sort this problems out all under warranty. they were even weeks late delivering the tankchair to us.

even if jim managed to get the tankchair back now, he would't be unable to use it as his spine has got damaged and worn so bad, that he will end up paralysed as no operation is possible and his pain is unbearable now and there is nothing the healthcare can do to help jim, his condition or pain or the inevitability of paralysis. jim is also clinically depressed over the tankchair issues due to depression and ansiety due to suffering with Asperger's syndrome which magnifies jims problems! for more please visit www.gofundme.com/jimstarr
