Gorton's
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425○F. Arrange fish sticks on baking sheet. Bake for 20-24 minutes total. Flip fish sticks after 14 minutes.

Deep Fryer: Place 8-10 fish sticks in basket, separating to prevent from sticking. Fry at 350○F for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy.

Air Fryer: We like them best cooked at 400○F for 15 minutes. The directions say 9 to 12 minutes. You decide which you like best.

Trident
Conventional Oven: Preheat to 475○F. Place frozen fish sticks on lightly greased baking sheet, cook for 11 to 13 minutes until crisp. Turn product halfway through bake time for best results.

Deep Fry: Heat oil to 350○F. Fry frozen fish sticks for 3 to 4 minutes until product is golden brown.

Microwave Oven: Cook 3 frozen fish sticks on high power for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes.

Air Fryer: We like them best cooked at 400○F for 15 minutes. The directions say 10 to 11 minutes in a single layer. You decide which you like best.
