The best unique weapon in the game which gives 104 damage if it is used properly. Whenever your health is below 30, the Axe's damage becomes 104 from 42. This Axe is not an ideal weapon to fight with armored enemies. So always try it to use it with unarmored enemies without getting a touch by enemies, because one shot is all they need to be dead.
