Corpse Party is a horror adventure game created by Japanese doujin maker ASCII for the NEC PC-9801. Though it was made using an RPG engine (RPG Tsukuru Dante98) that they pioneered, the only battle takes place near the end of the game, where you pick three of the five playable characters to battle a vengeful ghost. This is the theme that plays throughout the battle, and I gotta say, it's pretty catchy.

The game is Japan-only. It's also adapted to PC in chapters, and was also ported into PSP with a sequel coming up.
