Interroll/Teknokom - Amway "Order Fulfilment" Project

About The Project:
The Order Fulfilment project of Amway-Turkey was realized by Teknokom. Interroll's intelligent conveyors, with ZPA capability (Zero Pressure Accumulation); belt conveyors and carton flow racks were used in the project. Teknokom installed the new conveyor system for order picking automation; made the check weigher integration; installed the trash belt and PTL (Pick To Light) system. In addition to the installation of the new hardware, Teknokom also developed all kinds of automation and integration software. The real time order-picking monitoring software was also developed by Teknokom and the screens mirrored to the big monitors.

Proje Hakkında:
Amway_Türkiye'nin Sipariş Toplama alt yapısının yenilenmesi projesi Teknokom tarafından gerçekleştirilmiştir. Interroll'ün konveyörlerinin ve kutu kayar raflarının kullanıldığı projede, akıllı konveyör sistemi, ağırlık kontrol sistemi, atık kutu taşıma sistemi ve PTL (Pick To Light) sistemi devreye alınmıştır. Gerekli tüm kontrol ve entegrasyon yazılımları Teknokom tarafından gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sipariş durumunu gerçek zamanlı gösteren yazılımlar da Teknokom tarafından geliştirilmiş ve ekran görüntüleri büyük monitörlere yansıtılmıştır.
