This particular fly is our bread and butter when targeting tarpon in the ocean. Our rivermouths usually present murky, stained water and a big profile and lots of movement are required when designing our flies.

Materials List
Hook = Mustad, Signature Fly = Size 6
Thread = Danville 140
Tail 1 = 4 black saddle hackle feathers
Tail 2 = silver magnum holographic flash
Body 1 = black bucktail
Body 2 = red bucktail
Topping 1 = 2 red grizzly saddle hackle feathers
Topping 2 = red flashabou
Head = red polar fiber brush 3mm
Eyes = 10mm Mirage
