Van Ness Butler Jr. Regional Beach Access is located between WaterColor and Seaside, Florida. This is one of the most popular 30A regional beach access points and offers parking, bathrooms, showers, lifeguards and a ramp down to the beach. Van Ness Butler Jr. is a Regional South Walton beach access point meaning it is ADA accessible. The parking lot and bathrooms are located on the north side of Scenic 30A. It's one of the largest 30A public beach parking lots which is nice because Seaside and WaterColor are extremely busy in the summer.
