Capturing a full webpage screenshot often requires more than the built-in Snipping Tool, as it typically only captures what's visible on your screen. Here are the best ways to do it:
1. Using Web Browsers' Built-in Features:
Most modern web browsers have excellent built-in tools for full-page screenshots. This is usually the easiest and most recommended method.
Google Chrome:
Open the webpage you want to capture.
Press Ctrl + Shift + I (or right-click anywhere on the page and select "Inspect") to open Developer Tools.
Once Developer Tools are open, press Ctrl + Shift + P to open the Command Menu.
Type "Screenshot" and select "Capture full-size screenshot" from the options.
The full webpage will be captured and downloaded as an image.
Microsoft Edge:
Open the webpage you want to capture in Edge.
Right-click anywhere on the page and select "Web capture" (or press Ctrl + Shift + S).

Why the built-in Windows Snipping Tool (Windows Key + Shift + S) doesn't work for full webpages:
The Snipping Tool in Windows 11 (accessed by Windows Key + Shift + S) is excellent for capturing visible portions of your screen, rectangular selections, specific windows, or free-form snips. However, it does not inherently support "scrolling" or "full webpage" capture beyond what's currently displayed on your screen. For that, you need the browser's built-in features or specialized third-party tools.
