Old Town Sportsman PDL | Still worth it?

Detailed overview of the Old Town Sportsman PDL 120 fishing kayak. Is this the best overall pedal drive kayak? or has time passed it by? The Old Town Sportsman series was formerly known as the Topwater series but they made some upgrades to the kayak's seat, Tankwell, and controls to make it more user friendly to the everyday kayak fisher.
